 We have been with Keyway-Cybertime's high-speed wireless since the 
              day it went up. The high-speed connection has helped our business 
              in more ways than one. our customer service was good before, but 
              now it is even better and higher than our industry standard. The 
              ability to be on-line all day has made a tremendous difference in 
              our response time to customers and dealers. In addition, with much 
              of our manufacturing contracted overseas the high-speed connection 
              has increased the ease of sending and receiving pictures, files, 
              and drawings in a timely manner resulting in increased quality of 
              the products we provide.
 
 Not only does Keyway-Cybertime fill a need for high-speed service 
              it doesn't stop there. Ask us any questions about Travel Guitar 
              and we know the answer, servicing my data connections, I have not 
              a clue. Keyway-Cybertime has been great with helping us resolve issues 
              with our network and mail services. Their tech support takes the 
              call and resolves our issues typically on the spot or within the 
              next hour. As you know customer service of this kind is near impossible 
              to find these days.
 
 Try Keyway-Cybertime's high-speed service. Form the install technicians, 
              to the in-house support they can't be beat. This will be the best 
              decision you make for your business whether you have 3 computers 
              or 30.

 I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the new Keyway-Cybertime 
              wireless ISP service at my residence and to thank you and the Keyway-Cybertime 
              staff for making my transition from DSL so easy.
 
 The Keyway-Cybertime wireless service is incredibly fast, so much 
              so that comparing it to my former SBC DSL service is like comparing 
              a Ferrari to a Volkswagen. I am downloading large files such as 
              new software and Windows updates in a fraction of the times I used 
              to with DSL and I can now effortlessly send large numbers of .jpg 
              digital photos to friends and relatives.
 Keyway-Cybertime promised much faster upload speeds than the other 
              ISP servers I considered and Keyway-Cybertime kept all of it's promises.
 
 The Keyway-Cybertime installation was trouble free. Each of your 
              staff members who assisted me were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 
              Your installer was on time and he worked quickly to provide a neat 
              and clean connection. Robert in the office took my information to 
              establish the account and arrange the installation appointment then 
              assisted me in changing my Outlook e-mail settings (no more long 
              waits while downloading e-mail attachments).
 
 Initially. I thought that I would just use the Keyway-Cybertime dial-up 
              service at my office but I find that I am so spoiled by the high 
              speeds that I enjoy at my residence that I have decided to also 
              install Keyway-Cybertime's wireless service at my office. So, please 
              have one of your staff contact me at their earliest convenience 
              to schedule an installation.

 I just want to say thank you for the great service that you provide. 
              My partner and I used to pay hundreds of dollars for a T1 connection 
              at our shop because DSL and cable were not available. Now, thanks 
              to your company we have a faster connection for a 1/3 of what I 
              was paying for our T1. I was so impressed I switched from cable 
              to your broadband service at home. I pay slightly more but again 
              I get a much faster speed which is needed for my part time work 
              as a photographer. Your customer service is bar none. Anthony is 
              a great asset to your company with his "lets go the extra mile"
